Henley & Goring group walks from Henley Town Hall
Short Saturday afternoon walks of 5 miles or less every second and fourth Saturday of the month at 14:00.
Vale group walks from Abingdon, the Market Place, outside Java&Co
2nd Thursdays, Leisurely, shorter; 4th Thursdays, Moderate, longer; both at 10:30, unless otherwise stated in the programme.
Vale group walks from Wantage, from The Beacon.
3rd Thursdays, leisurely short walks, all at 10:30.
Vale group walks from Faringdon/West Vale
1st Thursdays, leisurely and moderate walks, all on the Stagecoach No S6 bus route. Faringdon, Old Crown Inn, all at 10:30. If arriving by car, use Gloucester Street car park (charge).
Other start points, various start times to allow arrival of appropriate buses. Walk on other days also on bus route S6. Look for ‘A bus ROUTE S6 friendly walk’.
Bicester & Kidlington group
Short walks of less than 5 miles every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.
West Oxfordshire group joint with Vale Group
Short walks on 1st Tuesday of each month, led by a Vale leader and the 3rd Tuesday of each month, led by a West oxon leader..
Didcot & Wallingford group walks from East Hagbourne, Upper Cross
A village ramble, on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 14:00, that varies from 5 to 7 miles.
Banbury & North Oxford group strenuous Saturday walks
Strenuous walks of 6 miles or more, on Saturdays at 10:00. Staring from various locations we walk at 3 miles per hour or more.
Banbury & North Oxford group Easy Friday Lunch Walks
The walks take place on the first Friday of each month at 10:30, sometimes more often, cover about 3 miles, normally without stiles, take about 1.5 to 2 hours, over beautiful undulating countryside. The walks are for those who simply wish for a pleasant, sociable, chatty, easy morning's stroll followed by, for those who wish, a companionable lunch/drinks with old and new friends.
