Didcot & Wallingford
Didcot & Wallingford group have a core of about 15 to 20 active walkers and a smaller group
of friendly walk leaders. We contribute to the area programme with walks of varying lengths and
demands. We are always keen to recruit more leaders and experienced members are always happy to
support new walk leaders while they are "finding their feet". Our area includes the South
Chilterns, Thames path and Berkshire Downs, providing a variety of terrain and scenery.
The photo above shows some of our members walking up towards Table Mountain, on
the eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons, in September 2011 on our annual weekend
